Job description

  • You will be responsible for calculating salaries, including any special leave factors, for different employee groups such as salaried employees and wage earners
  • You will be responsible for payroll accounting and monthly closing as well as maintaining HR master data
  • You will also be responsible for recording and managing all relevant employee data, including department, job details, employment type, working time models, contract versions, fixed-term contracts, etc. department, job details, employment type, working time patterns, contract versions, time limits, etc.
  • You are responsible for booking and tracking absences, holidays, parental leave, maternity leave, prohibition of employment, public holidays and company rest
  • You take care of the administration of time sheets and their status

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have experience in accounting as well as knowledge of payroll tax and labour law
  • You are confident in using MS Office and accounting software
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
