Job description

  • In your new role, you will provide active support in all personnel administration matters and ensure smooth and timely processes within the entire department
  • You will be responsible for the professional digitisation of all personnel files through careful scanning work as well as the structured preparation and follow-up of all relevant documents for the audit-proof digital archive
  • You will be responsible for the independent recording and continuous maintenance of personnel master data, always ensuring the highest data quality and compliance with data protection guidelines
  • You are responsible for specific tasks within defined time frames in close consultation with your scanning team, to proactively ensure the efficient processing of all documents within the specified time frame
  • If necessary, you will support the specialist department with various assistance tasks as well as general processing and take on flexibly assigned special tasks after individual consultation in each individual case
  • Active cooperation in process optimisation in the area of document management is just as much a part of your area of responsibility as support in daily correspondence with internal contact persons

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d) forms the ideal basis for your entry into our team
  • profound professional experience in personnel administration enables you to deal confidently with complex document structures as well as the efficient processing of extensive digital personnel files in your everyday work
