• You fill the material into both paper bags and big bags and ensure that the packaging is correct
• You clear the big bags with the help of a forklift or pallet truck so that everything is ready safely and on time
• You closely monitor the production process and control all processes
• You communicate reliably with the lorry drivers to ensure that the logistics run smoothly

• Ideally, you already have some experience as a production employee (m/f/d) and can apply this to your day-to-day work
• An e-bike or car is essential so that you can easily reach the work location
• You are willing to work shifts, especially in a two-shift system
• You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
