Job description
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the production teams
- You will also be responsible for ensuring that the production programme is implemented on time, in line with quality and costs
- You will be in charge of planning, planning, controlling and optimising work processes, capacities and resources
- You are responsible for the organisation and continuous improvement of production processes
- You contribute to new and change projects as well as the design and implementation of new or modified work systems, production changes and production trials
- You will be responsible for analysing defects, rework and rejects
- Ensuring occupational safety, environmental and quality standards
- Coordinating and managing maintenance and repair measures, including root cause analysis and participating in preventive maintenance planning are part of your tasks
Requirements
- You have completed technical training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), have further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) or a technical degree or comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in manufacturing, industrial electronics and plant engineering
- You also have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management (e.g. ISO 9001, ERP system Abas, possibly lean management). e.g. ISO 9001), ERP system Abas, possibly lean management
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Your organisational talent and assertiveness round off your profile
