• You will be responsible for entering and posting incoming invoices from national and international business partners
• You will also be responsible for monitoring open items and preparing and executing timely payment runs
• You will be responsible for checking and account assignment of travel expense reports
• In addition, you will support the accountants:Inside the general ledger and in reporting
• In addition, you will work with Internal Control
• Not least, you will be involved in the optimisation of processes in accounting

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in accounting (an advantage)
• In addition, you have already gained several years of experience in accounting in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of travel expenses law and organisational processes in accounts payable is an advantage for you
• You have a good knowledge of Officeprogrammes (especially Excel)
• Ideally, you also have good written and spoken English language skills
• Ideally, you also have good knowledge of SAP (FI module) or a comparable accounting programme (Datev etc.).)
