For our client, a medium-sized renewable energy company in Wildpoldsried, we are looking for you as Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with a takeover option.

    Job description

    • You will be responsible for the independent posting of bank accounts, including the allocation and correct posting of all incoming payments
    • In addition, you will be responsible for actively participating in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
    • You will also be responsible for monitoring and reconciling open items, due dates and deadlines within the department
    • close cooperation with other specialist departments and the function as a contact person for customers are also part of your tasks
    • as part of your job, you will support active receivables management by handling the ongoing dunning process and drawing up payment agreements
    • finally, you will be responsible for the analysis with credit assessment for new customers and monitoring the existing customer portfolio to minimise risk

    Requirements

    • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) and further training as a Certified Credit Controller (m/f/d)
    • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in accounting with a focus on accounts receivable or receivables management
    • You have a good knowledge of SAP accounting software and the common MS Office applications.Office applications characterise you
    • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as very good English skills for communication are a matter of course for you
    • Furthermore, you have a high level of communication skills, assertiveness and strong negotiating skills in your day-to-day work
    • Finally, you are an absolute organisational talent and always work reliably, independently and with a high level of initiative
