- You will set up and operate hard turning machines, including the Spinner with Fanuc Series 32i-Model B and Fanuc Series 18i-TB control and the Mazak Quick Turn 6G with Mazatrol EIA control
- When setting up feeding robots, such as the Fanuc Robot LR Mate 200 iD, you take responsibility for a smooth process
- you ensure the quality of the manufactured parts and help to ensure that all processes run optimally
- with your commitment you continuously improve workflows and processes and actively participate in their optimisation
- maintenance and care of the machines are also part of your tasks, so that the systems are always ready for operation and reliable
- You competently instruct new assistants and operating personnel so that they can safely master the machines and processes
- You contribute your knowledge and experience as part of 5S and SMED workshops/actions and promote improvements in the workplace
- You consistently pay attention to order and cleanliness so that safe and effective work is guaranteed at all times
Requirements
- You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in operating machine tools
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
- You also have valid work papers
- The ability to work in a team, reliability and commitment round off your profile
