Job description

  • You will actively support the management in administrative, organisational and project-related activities
  • You will also be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes and coordinating follow-up tasks
  • In addition, you will create and review relevant documents and presentations
  • As an interface, you will communicate efficiently with internal and external contacts
  • In addition, you will plan appointments, travel and events and ensure efficient process organisation
  • Your tasks also include maintaining master data, creating assignment and project descriptions, processing complaints and monitoring deadlines and customer responses
  • Compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and maintaining confidential and labour law documentation are also part of your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training
  • You have initial professional experience in assistance, for example as a team assistant (m/f/d) or service agent (m/f/d), preferably in the commercial sector
  • Good written and spoken German skills speak for you
  • Organisational skills, initiative and strong communication skills
  • You are confident in using MS Outlook and ideally other Office applications
  • Willingness to familiarise yourself with employment law and organisational topics
  • Discretion and loyalty in dealing with confidential information are a matter of course for you
