- You take care of the preparation of quotations and the complete processing of customer orders
- You carry out order changes according to customer requirements and internal possibilities, thus ensuring flexibility and customer satisfaction
- You are also responsible for the timely and factual processing of customer enquiries and orders, which you also carefully check for correctness
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You are also welcome as a career changer (m/f/d) with experience in processing
- You have a basic technical understanding or are motivated,
- Furthermore, you are confident with MS Office applications and use them routinely in your day-to-day work
- In addition, you are characterised by very good communication skills and you impress with your independent and conscientious way of working
- Last but not least, you have a very good command of written and spoken German
