• You will handle general correspondence and various administrative tasks independently and thus keep the office processes running reliably
• You will handle import processes professionally and keep an eye on all relevant documents and deadlines
• You will prepare customs declarations and ensure that all formalities are completed on time

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d)
• Experience in the customs sector is ideal and will make it easier for you to familiarise yourself with the job, but not a mandatory requirement
• good written and spoken German will enable you to communicate confidently and document professionally
• with a valid work permit and residence in Germany, you are ideally positioned for this position
