Job description
- You will be responsible for coordinating and processing customer enquiries
- You will be responsible for following up customer enquiries
- You will also be responsible for preparing quotations
- You will be responsible for creating presentations
- You will be responsible for preparing customer appointments
- You will be responsible for checking contract documents
- You will work closely with internal specialist departments
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have knowledge of legal texts
- You are confident with MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
