Job description

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and processing customer enquiries
  • You will be responsible for following up customer enquiries
  • You will also be responsible for preparing quotations
  • You will be responsible for creating presentations
  • You will be responsible for preparing customer appointments
  • You will be responsible for checking contract documents
  • You will work closely with internal specialist departments

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of legal texts
  • You are confident with MS Office
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
