    Job description

    • You know the process of analysing and reliably determining the respective order requirements in the company
    • You write your requests for quotations, you then check the offers received in detail and compare them carefully
    • in contract negotiations with suppliers, you use your communication skills in a targeted manner and manage the process reliably
    • you implement and track the timely ordering in the various procurement areas so that the process remains transparent at all times
    • by analysing the market, you are able to identify and acquire new suppliers for the company
    • You are responsible for monitoring the agreed delivery dates and initiating the necessary corrective measures as soon as delays occur
    • You draw up framework agreements and adapt them to current requirements
    • You contribute to the expansion of the merchandise management system, by expanding and optimising existing functions
    • You contribute your ideas and experience by actively participating in process improvements in the areas of purchasing, warehousing and logistics

    Requirements

    • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and can apply your sound knowledge in the field of procurement
    • You are happy to contribute additional industry knowledge, although this is not mandatory
    • Your way of working is analytical and structured, You always act in a process- and goal-oriented manner
    • You enjoy working in a team and communicating with colleagues
    • You use your negotiation skills in a targeted manner
    • You are experienced with the SAP/MM system and use the programme effectively
    • You have a very good command of English in your daily work
