• You are responsible for the regular checks of the technical systems to ensure smooth operation
• You are responsible for the independent prioritisation and follow-up of fault reports until they are completely rectified
• You are responsible for rectifying minor technical problems minor technical problems and maintenance work
• You are also responsible for the efficient processing of customer enquiries and orders via mobile devices

• A completed apprenticeship e.g. as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for energy and building services engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have some professional experience in the technical field, ideally in heating and sanitary engineering, refrigeration technology or building technology
• You have basic knowledge of IT technology and the ability to operate modern building technology
• German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
