- You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of the systems with a focus on electrics and automation
- You will be able to systematically troubleshoot sensors, drives and switchgear, including sustainable analysis of the causes
- You will also carry out PLC work by adapting and optimising program sequences, interfaces, signals and interlocks and providing support if required
- In hazardous areas (ATEX), you will implement measures in accordance with applicable explosion protection regulations, test and assess suitable equipment as well as its labelling and documentation
- you are involved in conversions and projects - whether modernisation, expansion, commissioning or acceptance of systems
- you also maintain the technical documentation, maintain circuit diagrams and change statuses, create test and measurement reports as well as maintenance certificates
- you work together in a solution-oriented and structured manner with production, technology and, if necessary, with external service providers
Requirements
- You have completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have sound PLC knowledge
- You are characterised by your experience in the Ex area and with ATEX
- You are confident with circuit diagrams, measuring equipment and systematic troubleshooting
- In addition, you demonstrate a sense of responsibility, safety and quality awareness as well as a strong ability to work in a team
- In addition, you show willingness to work flexible hours as part of maintenance, for example in the event of malfunctions or plant shutdowns
- The prerequisites for employment are valid work papers (work permit) and knowledge of German
