- You will be responsible for the introduction, provision and further development of new and innovative manufacturing technologies for gas turbine blades
- In addition, you will be responsible for programming the complex machine tools, which include CNC and robot systems, to ensure process efficiency
- You will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical reports, for example for the detailed evaluation of our customer's manufacturing process stability and delivery reliability
- Planning and carrying out product and process qualifications is also part of your tasks in close cooperation with various interfaces in the project team
- As part of your work, you will support the implementation of improvement projects in production and thus make a significant contribution to reducing product costs
- Finally, you will be responsible for providing all necessary work equipment for production, including IT systems, specifications and detailed work instructions
Requirements
- You have a university degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or construction or a comparable degree
- In addition, you have several years of professional experience in CNC or robot programming, which was gained in a highly specialised manufacturing environment
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge of CAD and CAM process chains, ideally you also have experience in parameter development for manufacturing processes
- Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written are mandatory, complemented by business fluent English skills for confident international communication
- You have the necessary valid work and residence permit for Germany, so that you can start work immediately at our customer in Berlin
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of initiative, communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team in order to quickly integrate yourself into various project teams
- Finally, you are willing to familiarise yourself with new subject areas and always work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner on the challenges of day-to-day business
