- You will monitor and control the technical building systems in a fixed property
- As the main contact person, you will provide professional support to the client and ensure the operational readiness, safety and availability of the technical systems
- You will react quickly and efficiently in critical situations, by eliminating system malfunctions and initiating immediate measures in the event of accidents
- through regular tours, you check the technical equipment and carefully document all special features in the shift log
- You are the reliable interface between the client and technical operations on site
Requirements
- You have completed technical training, for example as an electronics technician for energy and building services engineering (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (m/f/d), electrical installer (m/f/d), central heating and ventilation engineer (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification with relevant experience
- With experience in the support and maintenance of technical building equipment, ideally in commercial properties, you are reliable in everyday work
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- You have a valid work permit
- You are characterised by high flexibility, commitment and quick comprehension
- You are ready for predictable shift work and show commitment
