• You will be responsible for the management of the building and citizens' office (registration office, registry office, building construction, civil engineering, urban land-use planning, public order, roads, environmental protection)
• you will also be responsible for budget planning and controlling
• you will also be responsible for the preparation and supervision of construction projects (building construction, civil engineering)
• you will take care of funding acquisition and billing
• last but not least, you will be responsible for advising citizens:inside and project work as required

• You have a degree in administration, administrative business administration (m/f/d) or law
• In addition, you have a sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations
• You have a class B driving licence and are willing to travel on business
• You have a strong understanding of numbers
• The ability to work in a team and an independent way of working round off your profile
