- You support and care for the disabled residents competently - individually and holistically in practical, social and intellectual matters
- With empathy and commitment, you build a trusting relationship with the residents and create a supportive environment
- You actively help to shape everyday situations, You are a reliable contact person and provide continuous support
- Together with the team, you organise the daily routine in a varied way and provide orientation
- You carefully maintain all development reports and documentation and ensure transparency
- You take on organisational tasks with care and contribute your own ideas
- Duty and team meetings are an integral part of your work, as well as regular internal and external training
- you demonstrate a sense of responsibility in complying with accident prevention and hygiene regulations
- you implement new conceptual ideas creatively and practically and contribute to further development
Requirements
- A state-recognised professional qualification as a curative education nurse (m/f/d), curative educator (m/f/d) or, if applicable, occupational therapist (m/f/d). Occupational therapist (m/f/d) forms your basis
- Experience in curative education care, education for the disabled or in support planning if possible
- educational skills and understanding in dealing with people with disabilities are your strength
- you enjoy promoting social relationships and actively shaping everyday life
- you organise cultural and social highlights with motivation and a creative eye
- you have a certificate of sufficient measles protection in accordance with § 20 IfSG
- communication and teamwork skills characterise your working style
