As part of direct placement, we are looking for you as an HR Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for a permanent, full-time position.

- You will provide support in recruiting with a focus on candidate management and employer branding activities for the Neckarbischofsheim site
- You will be responsible for processing day-to-day HR tasks at the production site - including employee enquiries, the creation of certificates, documentation and reports
- With a talent for organisation, you will maintain and manage personnel files, pension plans and insurance matters
- You will be responsible for the administration of all absence records, and validate holiday requests and sickness-related absences
- You are involved in HR processes relating to the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- You reliably maintain employee data in HR-related tools such asrelated tools such as Workday
- You are actively involved in the implementation of health and safety measures at the site
- You take part in site and team meetings and make valuable contributions
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in an HR-relevant profession or have completed a degree in social sciences, HR management or comparable fields of study
- You already have three years of experience as an HR administrator, HR administrator or HR administration assistant
- Ideally, you are familiar with a production site; You are also familiar with HR software (preferably Workday) as well as time recording and payroll systems
- With MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have a sound knowledge of tax law as well as labour and social security law
- Your language skills are demonstrated by your very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Regular travel to the Neckarbischofsheim production site (at least two days a week) can be easily organised for you
- You already have a class B driving licence
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise important projects in a targeted manner, prioritise important projects
- You always communicate clearly and convincingly on the phone, by email and in person
