Job description

  • You will provide support with various activities relating to payroll accounting and take over the monitoring of salary-relevant data
  • Throughout the entire HR cycle, you will becycle, you will support and advise employees
  • You will be at their side during secondments abroad and clarify and answer legal and social security issues
  • In close cooperation with the works council, you will help shape important processes
  • You will support the Atoss time recording system and act as a contact person:in for all questions relating to working time recording
  • You accompany HR projects and take on tasks relating to special topics in the HR area

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a human resources manager (m/f/d) and relevant professional experience in human resources, alternatively you have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in human resources and have been able to gain extensive practical experience in all relevant HR processes
  • With your comprehensive knowledge of labour and social security law, you are able to apply this confidently and practically, apply this confidently and practically
  • You are proficient in using HR administration systems, especially SAP/R3, and experience with SuccessFactors would be an advantage
  • You have excellent communication skills in German at all levels
  • You are characterised by strong interpersonal skills and a confident manner
