Job description

  • You will be responsible for the correct and timely creation of invoices and their administration in the internal system to ensure smooth payment transactions
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the careful maintenance and control of all relevant employee master data, so that the personnel files are always up to date
  • In addition, you are responsible for supporting employees and suppliers as a direct contact person for all organisational and technical questions in day-to-day business

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of human resources or office management
  • You are confident in the common MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written are mandatory
  • Furthermore, you have a high sense of responsibility and a careful way of working
