- You will assemble and commission mechanical and pneumatic components and assemblies in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
- With your expertise, you will supervise and maintain the operating technology, in particular injection moulding machines, extrusion and drying systems for plastics
- You will carry out maintenance measures and carry out regular checks to ensure trouble-free production
- You will be required to carry out testing: You will check the manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and function and document the results thoroughly
- As soon as faults occur on machines and systems, you will analyse and rectify them yourself; minor repairs and maintenance are also part of your job
- You will set up CNC machines and other production systems, operate them independently and monitor the production process so that precise results are achieved
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- With basic knowledge of industrial and electrical engineering as well as practical experience in dealing with injection moulding machines, extrusion and drying systems for plastics, you approach technical tasks with confidence
- You work safely and precisely when assembling components; You also score points with your knowledge of pneumatic systems
- You speak fluent German; you also have valid working papers
- You value independent, responsible and careful work, even when the deadline pressure increases, you keep an overview
- You are committed to the team and show a high level of commitment at all times
