- You operate and set up conventional lathes professionally so that raw materials are turned into precise workpieces according to specifications and technical drawings
- You ensure that each workpiece meets our high quality standards through regular measurements and tests; you carry out any necessary adjustments to the machine parameters independently
- You carry out minor maintenance work and clean the lathes independently, thus ensuring a smooth production process and the longevity of the machinery
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of metalworking
- You have several years of experience in operating conventional lathes, ideally in an industrial environment, master the challenges of daily operations with confidence
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings is just as easy for you as the precise realisation of demanding production tasks
- You work reliably, independently and have a high level of quality awareness as well as great problem-solving skills
