Job description

  • Together with our purchasing department, you will ensure that the materials required for production are available at all times
  • As the person responsible for accounts payable, you will take care of everything from invoice receipt to posting:r for accounts payable, you take care of everything from invoice receipt to posting and ensure that our suppliers receive their payments on time

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) you have already successfully completed
  • Professional experience in the field of accounting, especially in accounts payable,
  • You are confident and experienced with MS Office applications
  • Written and spoken German and English skills enable you to communicate professionally
  • Knowledge of SAP and VAT is an advantage
