Job description

  • You are responsible for the independent tracking of shipments
  • You are responsible for the careful processing of complaints
  • You communicate with customers and internal departments by e-mail
  • You take over the documentation of all relevant processes using SAP
  • Furthermore, you maintain Excel tables:and internal departments
  • you will document all relevant processes using SAP
  • you will also maintain Excel spreadsheets to keep important data up to date
  • you will store and retrieve boxes by hand, using a pallet truck or front forklift
  • you will also pick goods with the support of a scanner
  • your tasks will also include labelling the goods professionally

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), retail salesperson (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You already have experience in the warehouse/logistics sector and a valid forklift licence will benefit you
  • You are confident working with MS Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, are part of your work repertoire
  • You have business fluent written and spoken German
  • Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift from 06:00 - 14:15 and 14:00 - 22:15, alternating Mondays to Fridays) characterises you
  • In addition, you are independently mobile, as the workplace is not accessible by public transport
  • Your reliable and precise way of working rounds off your profile
  • The prerequisite for employment is valid work papers (work permit)
