- You will operate our CNC laser cutting systems for the production of precise sheet metal parts
- With a great deal of dexterity, you will be responsible for edging and bending on our press brakes, including set-up, set-up and tool changes
- You call up programmes according to specifications and adapt them independently
- You read technical drawings and production documents carefully and implement them reliably
- You check each manufactured component independently for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and carry out careful visual inspections
- you carry out regular care, cleaning and simple maintenance work on the machines independently
- you work closely with work preparation, design and your colleagues in the production team
- you play an active role in improving workflows and processes in the area of lasering/bending
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship in the metal sector, e.g. as a construction mechanic (m/f/d), metal worker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or similar
- You will ideally have some experience in sheet metal processing, especially in laser cutting and bending
- You are confident in working with technical drawings and measuring equipment, such as calipers, angles and gauges
- You are confident with your German language skills in everyday working life
- You have a valid work permit and can start immediately
