- You will set up, operate and monitor TRUMPF laser and punch laser machines
- Your task is to professionally produce individual parts or small series
- In addition, you will set up the machines independently according to specified work plans and drawings
- The inspection of the workpieces with regard to dimensional accuracy, surface quality and burr formation is your responsibility
- You pick the manufactured parts for individual orders and drawings
- Your responsibility includes the regular maintenance and care of the machines as well as the rectification of minor faults
- You document all production orders in the ERP system
- In all activities, you consistently observe the applicable safety and quality guidelines
- You carry out preparatory and follow-up tasks with care and overview
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You can also join us via a trainee programme or as a career changer (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have experience in sheet metal processing, ideally directly on TRUMPF machines
- You are characterised by your confidence in reading technical documents and handling measuring equipment
- You have technical understanding and manual skills
- Your ability to work under pressure and your pronounced quality awareness are a matter of course
- You work reliably and independently
