- You set up sawing machines precisely, raw material and start the machine run
- Routinely change saw bands according to the specified quality standards
- Check the dimensional accuracy and completeness of the manufactured parts using standard measuring equipment and document the measurement results as required
- Execute work confirmations and material bookings directly in the PDA/ERP system
- Willingly repack blanks and keep material ready for further processing
- Prepare the material for further processingsystem
- Willingly repackage blanks and keep the material ready for further processing
- Ensure that the machines are reliably supplied with coolant lubricant
- Conscientiously check material products according to specifications
- Prepare blanks and bar stock according to the work order, and properly accounted for
- The team also relies on your diligence in the quality control of the manufactured parts
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed training as a carpenter (m/f/d) or joiner (m/f/d)
- You have already gained some experience in working with sawing machines
- At best, you are familiar with the processes in the BDE/ERP system
- You are familiar with the handling of standard processsystem
- You are familiar with the use of standard process measuring equipment
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- You have a valid work permit
