- You will carefully prepare pole wheels according to drawings and assemble them precisely
- Balancing and documenting pole wheels, fans and exciter rotors on balancing benches are part of your area of responsibility
- You assemble various electric machine components in final assembly and ensure the highest quality standards
- You join components using oil bonding and heat shrink processes independently and reliably
- Coils, pole wheels and chokes according to specifications so that functionality is guaranteed
- Soaking and dripping wound goods are also part of your demanding activities
- You conscientiously carry out the joining of electric machine components using heat shrink processes
Requirements
- A completed technical apprenticeship, for example as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), carpenter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, will form your basis
- Basic knowledge of reading electrical and mechanical drawings will help you, tasks effectively
- Knowledge of working with resins and paints will make special assembly steps easier for you
- Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays as well as in 2-shift operation will make you flexible
- Basic knowledge of MS Office products will help you with documentation and organisation
- Written and spoken German will enable you to carry out tasks and communicate with the team
- A strong awareness of quality, reliability and an independent way of working determine your everyday working life
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
