Job description

  • You are responsible for general administrative tasks
  • You are responsible for telephone communication and processing emails
  • You receive our guests
  • You also work with the internal booking system
  • The processing of invoices rounds off your job profile

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You are confident in using MS Office
  • Furthermore, friendly interaction with guests is a matter of course for you
  • Good German language skills (min. B1) is part of your profile
  • you are willing to work part-time
