Job description

  • You will be responsible for general office tasks in the administration department and ensure that all internal processes run smoothly to ensure the efficiency of the entire team
  • In addition, you will be responsible for processing and coordinating complex tenders and supporting project management in the preparation of all necessary documentation
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for all telephone correspondence with customers and suppliers:
  • You maintain master data and manage documents digitally and physically in the filing systems to ensure that all relevant documents are in order and available at all times
  • The entire organisation and coordination of appointments, travel and meetings for the management also falls within your area of responsibility
  • Finally, your tasks also include providing support to the management team, consisting of the boss and chief executive, and includes various administrative and organisational activities to relieve them

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or administrative assistant (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have very good and secure knowledge of all common MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook, for efficient work completion
  • You are characterised by your secure knowledge of the building cleaning software "Zvoove", or you are willing to familiarise yourself with the software quickly and in depth
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, are absolutely essential in order to process and communicate complex issues with confidence
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of resilience and critical faculties, which enables you to master even challenging situations professionally
  • Finally, you are very strong in communication and work in a structured and service-orientated manner in order to achieve the best possible results for the entire team
