Job description

  • You will independently prepare and check the monthly payroll
  • In addition, you will act as the central point of contact for managers and employees for all questions relating to payroll accounting
  • You will process travel expense reports and topics relating to company pension schemes
  • You will also create electronic reports, certificates and take care of legal formalities
  • You prepare analyses and reports with P&I Loga and prepare the monthly and annual financial statements on the personnel side
  • as a P&I Loga key user:You will provide 1st level support and assist the Payroll Accountants with technical issues
  • You will be involved in customising LOGA, test new tools and digital solutions and contribute your IT affinity

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training and have professional experience in the payroll area
  • Your knowledge of payroll tax and social security law is very good and always up to date
  • You are confident in using P&I Loga
  • You have a strong affinity for IT systems and enjoy working with digital solutions
  • You enjoy teamwork
  • You are service-oriented, reliable and always find a pragmatic solution, even for complex issues
