For our client, a medium-sized company in the production of welded and seamless steel tubes in Iserlohn, we are looking for you as Personnel Officer (m/f/d) as part of direct placement.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for providing independent support and comprehensive advice to employees and managers on all HR-related, labour law and organisational issues relating to day-to-day HR work
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the conception and targeted implementation of HR development, for example by planning and professionally organising internal and external training measures
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for organising and carefully conducting company integration management (BEM) meetings in close coordination with those involved
  • close cooperation and transparent communication with the management team, management and the works council are also part of your duties as a contact person
  • as part of your role, you will support the preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, hearings, warnings, qualified references and certificates in accordance with applicable law
  • finally, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process - from the creation of job advertisements and interviews to the hiring of new employees

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) with an additional qualification in human resources management or a degree in human resources management
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in generalist HR work and ideally have already gained experience in a comparable HR role in a medium-sized company
  • You have a sound knowledge of current labour law and the common MS-Office applications characterise you
  • You have a native level of spoken and written German and good English in oral and written communication
  • Furthermore, you have a high sense of responsibility and a pronounced service orientation
  • Finally, you are a strong communicator and work independently and on your own responsibility
