Job description

  • With a great sense of responsibility, you will take responsibility for the monthly preparatory payroll accounting for your defined group of employees
  • Independently you will be responsible for the entire personnel processing, including contract preparation, the careful management of personnel files as well as reporting and certification
  • You will skilfully apply your knowledge in operational personnel processing and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly
  • You will support and advise employees and managers on all personnel-related issues with a great deal of empathy and professional competence
  • Communicate with public authorities, authorities and social security institutions, authorities and social insurance institutions reliably, while keeping an eye on all legal requirements
  • you are committed to working on projects and actively contribute to the optimisation and further development of modern HR processes
  • you prepare ad hoc statistics precisely and on time for various requirements
  • you also maintain constructive cooperation with the HR offices in Mainz and Bad Homburg in order to achieve common goals efficiently

Requirements

  • With your completed commercial training and ideally further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d), you have a solid foundation for your work in human resources
  • You already have at least 1.5 years of professional experience in personnel administration, so that you are confident in all essential areas of responsibility
  • Knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law distinguishes you; You can find competent solutions to even complex issues
  • You are adept at using standard MS Office applications and you are also comfortable working with accounting programmes such as SAGE and DATEV
  • You have excellent teamwork and communication skills, stand for excellent service and an active service orientation
  • Assertiveness and absolute discretion round off your qualification profile and make you a reliable addition to any HR team
