Job description

  • You are responsible for the basic and treatment care of patients in the home environment and ensure the highest quality of care
  • You maintain the proper documentation of your work conscientiously and clearly
  • You administer medication according to the specified plan and ensure careful execution

Requirements

  • You have a completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), certified nursing specialist (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Your experience in the outpatient care sector is an advantage
  • You must have a driving licence, a car will be provided
  • You must be willing to work in shifts and at weekends
