• You will set up hybrid printing presses with flexo, screen, offset, gravure and digital printing processes
• You will set up finishing techniques such as hot and cold embossing, varnishing, laminating, adhesive printing and multi-layer material combinations
• You will monitor and operate the printing presses, including web inspections and error log processing
• train technical trainees and new printing press personnel
• carry out simple mechanical repairs on the printing press
• play an active role in continuous improvement management

• ensure order and cleanliness according to the 5 S principle

• You have completed training as a printer (m/f/d) or media technologist (m/f/d), alternatively you have several years of experience as a machine operator (m/f/d) in the printing sector
• Experience in web printing and/or label printing is desirable for you
• Good written and spoken German language skills characterise you
• You are prepared to work shifts (early, late and night shift)
• You have valid working papers
• A precise way of working and high quality awareness are among your characteristics
• You have the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
