- You carry out production work reliably after detailed instruction
- You insert metal parts weighing up to 5 kg safely and precisely into production machines
- You carry out packaging work conscientiously according to specifications
- When changing tools, you demonstrate understanding and tools and simple technical tasks you show understanding and prudence
- You prepare and process work orders independently
- If necessary, you support the team with additional work such as passing boxes or other auxiliary activities
Requirements
- As a career changer, you can start straight away - no previous production knowledge required
- German language skills will help you to understand work instructions and communicate in a team
- You will be prepared to work in a 3-shift system
- Physical fitness will enable you to safely lift and move metal parts weighing up to 5 kg
- Technical understanding will enable you to carry out tool changes and simple adjustments
