Job description

  • You will be responsible for the recording and careful documentation of existing business processes in order to create a clear and transparent basis for future optimisations
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the detailed recording of all relevant changes in the course of the introduction of new processes and ensure their complete traceability
  • Furthermore, you will continuously analyse and optimise the current processes using proven methods such as lean and value stream mapping to increase efficiency
  • The development of viable alternative processes is also part of your tasks, if the existing structures are not efficient or adaptable enough for the new requirements
  • as part of your role, you support the documentation, publication and training of new processes to ensure successful implementation and acceptance by all stakeholders
  • finally, you are responsible for the consolidation and processing of critical quality aspects (critical to quality) in order to significantly support risk management and quality assurance

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree (Bachelor) as an engineer (m/f/d), mechanical engineer (m/f/d) or industrial engineer (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you have at least three years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of process analysis and planning in an industrial environment
  • You are characterised by your solid knowledge in the practical application of lean methods and in value stream mapping (value stream analysis) and you have already been able to implement these successfully
  • You use your very good knowledge of common MS-Office applications in a targeted manner
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English, enabling you to communicate smoothly in an international environment
  • In addition, you have a high level of communication skills and the ability to work with different interdisciplinary teams across different topics, interdisciplinary teams
  • Finally, you are detail-orientated and work in a structured and independent manner
