- You will provide support to our professionals through assistance tasks and reliable office organisation
- You will also be responsible for independently checking deadlines and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- You will prepare cost invoices in accordance with the RVG
- You will organise and coordinate meetings and appointments.outgoing mail

- You will be the first point of contact for our clients by telephone
- You will work with a dictation machine to prepare legal documents
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d), notary's assistant (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
- You already have some professional experience in the law firm or assistant area
- You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Very good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- An independent, structured and reliable way of working speaks for you
- A high degree of teamwork, strong communication skills and open-mindedness round off your profile
