- You will coordinate with the departments (production, logistics) to determine the need for raw materials, components or services
- You will be responsible for managing price, delivery and payment terms as well as negotiations
- Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries and checking invoices
- You will be responsible for checking the quality of the parts and components ordered and handling complaints
- You will also analyse markets, new products and trends to ensure competitiveness
- You will contribute to maximising profits through efficient procurement and budget control
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in accounting and purchasing
- You are confident in using MS Office, SAP and the ERP system
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and a basic knowledge of English
- Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
