Job description

  • You will be responsible for preparing the monthly payroll accounting with P&I LOGA as well as year-end closing processes
  • You will also maintain the master data and ensure error-free and timely processing
  • You will be the central point of contact for all questions relating to payroll accounting and HR issues
  • In addition, you will provide competent support to managers in various HR matters
  • You will be responsible for correspondence with social security institutions

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant, industrial clerk or HR administrator (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
  • In addition, you have sound knowledge and practical experience in payroll accounting and are very familiar with social security, payroll tax and ideally collective bargaining law
  • You have already worked with P&I LOGA or are motivated to familiarise yourself quickly with the system, quickly familiarise yourself with the system
  • You are familiar with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner, even with complex tasks
  • Organisation and a careful approach characterise you
  • Your willingness to travel rounds off your profile
