- You are the central point of contact for our employees:
- Your task is to independently carry out payroll accounting with P&I Loga and you ensure that all employees reliably receive their remuneration
- The creation and maintenance of master data as well as the processing of the certification and reporting system is part of your area of responsibility
- You support the workforce with tax and social security issues, support in the context of the company pension scheme and conduct the welcome meeting with new colleagues
- HR statistics and analyses are created independently by you
- In your overall responsibility, you oversee the preparation and implementation of the monthly and annual financial statements
- You work closely with the Finance & Controlling department and correspond with colleagues, social security institutions and authorities
Requirements
- You have commercial or accounting training as well as relevant professional experience in the field of payroll accounting, for example as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in payroll accounting and the legal basis in payroll tax, social security and labour law, social security and labour law or you are willing to learn the ropes
- In addition, you ideally have knowledge of the accounting program P&I Loga
- Knowledge of collective agreements, ideally in the metal and electrical industry in North Rhine-Westphalia, is an advantage for you
- You are characterised by a careful and reliable way of working
- Your empathy and willingness to support colleagues in our organisation are a matter of course for you. The ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
