Job description

  • You will be responsible for recording, posting and checking incoming and outgoing invoices as well as debtor and creditor management including master data maintenance and checking open items
  • You will independently and reliably complete monthly financial statements such as journals, BWA, advance VAT returns and asset accounting including depreciation
  • You will retrieve bank data such as sales and post them accurately
  • Preparing and preparing the annual financial statements, inventory lists and support with audits and company inspections are part of your area of responsibility
  • You will carefully prepare wages and personnel for around 22 employees, including DATEV LODAS, payroll journals, feedback to health insurance companies and reports for income tax and the employers' liability insurance association
  • You will process insurance policies, notifications and external reports such as damage reports, sales reports, credit assessments and statistics in a legally compliant and timely manner

Requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship forms your professional basis
  • You have already gained initial experience in accounting and payroll accounting
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • You work routinely and reliably with MS Office
  • You are open and committed to getting to know programmes such as DATEV and our own CRM systems
