Job description
- You will provide professional commercial and administrative support to the sales department and ensure that all daily business processes run smoothly
- In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of commercial analyses and actively support the specialist department in the implementation of controlling measures and data analyses
- Furthermore, you will look after customer concerns on the phone or by e-mail and act as a competent contact person for all sales issues in a national and international environment

Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of commercial processing or administration and ideally have already gained initial insights into sales processes
- You have a sound knowledge of SAP and are experienced in using the common MS Office applications, especially Excel for analyses, are what make you suitable for this position
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communicating with international contacts and customers
- Furthermore, you have a high level of teamwork and organisational skills to ensure that you always maintain an overview, even in turbulent times
- Finally, you have a sales-oriented personality and always work in a structured and independent manner with high standards of reliability
