Job description

  • You will be responsible for ongoing financial accounting and ensure that all business transactions are booked correctly
  • You will provide comprehensive support to your own client base - regardless of industry and company size
  • You will independently prepare surplus income statements and annual financial statements for sole proprietorships and partnerships, including company tax returns
  • you will reliably process any correspondence
  • in direct communication you will be the contact person for clients, the tax office and other institutions
  • you will responsibly monitor tax deadlines such as advance VAT payments
  • you will carefully check tax assessments and derive the necessary measures
  • optionally you will prepare income tax returns for clients
  • payroll accounting is not part of your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • A completed vocational training in a commercial profession, for example as a tax clerk, forms your basis
  • You ideally have at least three years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of digital work or the willingness to familiarise yourself intensively with it,
  • You are confident and experienced in using DATEV applications (desirable)
  • Solid written and spoken German language skills will help you with communication and documentation
  • A structured, self-reliant and results-orientated way of working, structured, independent and results-oriented way of working is one of your strengths
  • you enjoy personal interaction with colleagues in the office
