Job description

  • You create orders and manage them reliably
  • Your paperwork includes processing enquiries, trade orders, as well as the creation of letters and other correspondence
  • You also search for offers and preliminary orders for orders
  • You also follow up on trade orders and check delivery dates or missing order confirmations
  • Your job also includes invoice verification

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you already have 1-3 years of professional experience in the commercial sector
  • You score points with your sound MS Officeknowledge
  • You are confident in using your business fluent written and spoken German
  • You are also characterised by your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
