- You will be responsible for processing customer orders, including scheduling, procurement and order tracking
- You will be the first point of contact for customers with general information requests
- You will also provide information on product availability and delivery times
- You will process customer complaints and create credit notes
- You will work closely with internal interfaces such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales or Finance
- You take care of the maintenance and updating of customer and master data
- You actively participate in the creation of price lists
- You are responsible for processing service requests by telephone and e-mail
- You create customer information, circulars and communications
- You will be responsible for preparing statistics and sales reports for regular customers
- You will also provide support in administrative and organisational activities
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable experience
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in internal sales
- Sound MS Office skills characterise you
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You are a team player
