Job description

  • You will design and develop innovative sales strategies and proactively take care of the marketing of electricity and heat supplies for private and commercial customers
  • You will support existing customers by providing advice, while at the same time driving the acquisition of new customers
  • In addition, you will be responsible for product management and actively help shape customer-focused marketing
  • You will also create customised offers, calculate their conditions and successfully conclude supply contracts
  • By continuously monitoring market trends and competitors, you analyse customer needs in a targeted manner and derive recommendations for action from this
  • You are actively involved in the development of new sales strategies and innovative products and contribute your ideas
  • You represent our company confidently at events and make valuable contacts

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on sales, energy management or a comparable background
  • With your experience in sales, ideally in the field of EEG, electricity and heat, you are convincing both internally and externally
  • In particular, your basic technical understanding in the areas of heat supply, electricity, EEG and energy grids is one of your particular strengths
  • In addition, you are confident and experienced with MS Office and ERP systems such as SIV or SAP
  • You stand for efficiency and profitability, drive digitalisation and ensure that the energy reaches the customer reliably, that the energy reliably reaches the customer
