Job description
- You will be responsible for the precise sawing of wooden beams according to specifications using the cross-cut saw
- You will be responsible for setting the correct cutting angles and adjusting stop rails and clamping devices for repeatable cuts according to specifications
- You will also be responsible for sorting natural wood beams according to A- or B goods by hand
- You are responsible for checking the dimensional accuracy and angular accuracy of the cut parts
- Loading and unloading using a forklift truck is part of your job
- You are responsible for keeping the timber warehouse tidy and clean
Requirements
- As a career changer (m/f/d) you are very welcome
- You already have a valid forklift licence and driving experience as well as experience in handling a stationary sawing machine
- You have a good command of spoken German
- You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working in a team
- independence, flexibility and an energetic way of working speak in your favour
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
