- You set up measuring equipment and independently create tool data and evaluation programmes
- You select clamping devices and tools independently
- You check the dimensional accuracy and condition of the workpieces according to drawings and standards
- You evaluate measurement results and independently change and document the machining process in the event of deviations
- You determine reference points and define cutting conditions, tool positions and tool dimensions with the associated checks and corrections
- The maintenance and archiving of tool and process data is also part of your tasks
- The independent processing of orders according to specifications rounds off your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), lathe operator (m/f/d) CNC milling cutter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You already have experience in milling on 3/5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control (TNC 640, i7)
- You are able to programme independently (Solidworks / SolidCAM)
- You have the ability to read the required information from the drawings provided
- You are willing to work shifts
